These Terms of Service govern the use of the Migzo platform, including the website, customer application, business application, and related services. By using Migzo, you agree to these terms.
1. About Migzo
Migzo is a technology platform that helps customers discover service businesses and book appointments. Migzo also helps listed businesses manage appointment operations.
Migzo does not itself provide salon, beauty, wellness, or other third-party partner services listed on the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate account and booking information.
- Businesses using Migzo must be authorized to represent their business.
3. Booking and appointment terms
- Bookings depend on business availability and service capacity.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after payment success or business acceptance, where applicable.
- Businesses are responsible for keeping services, pricing, and operating hours accurate.
- Customers are responsible for arriving on time and complying with venue rules.
4. Payments
- Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
- Migzo does not store full card details or UPI PINs.
- Where applicable, prices, taxes, and any visible fees are shown before payment confirmation.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation terms may vary by business and are shown before booking confirmation.
- Approved online refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Refund processing timelines may depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.
- Cash payment refunds, where relevant, are handled directly by the business unless otherwise stated.
6. Business responsibilities
- Provide accurate service, pricing, and availability information.
- Deliver services lawfully and safely.
- Use customer information only for legitimate booking fulfilment and support.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent bookings, payments, chargeback abuse, or false refund claims.
- Impersonation, scraping, automated abuse, or interference with platform security.
- Use of the platform for unlawful activity.
8. Platform availability
We aim to keep Migzo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend, change, or restrict parts of the platform for maintenance, compliance, or security reasons.
9. Liability
Migzo acts as a platform intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migzo is not responsible for the actual services delivered by third-party businesses.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
