Cancellation and Refund Policy
Migzo is a booking platform. Cancellation and refund outcomes may depend on the policy of the business where the appointment was booked.
1. Before booking
- The applicable cancellation terms are shown before booking confirmation.
- By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to the displayed policy.
2. Customer cancellations
- Some bookings may qualify for a full refund.
- Some bookings may qualify for a partial refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable if the displayed business policy says so.
3. Business-side issues
- If a business cannot honour a confirmed online booking, Migzo may help coordinate a full refund where appropriate.
- Refund eligibility still depends on the recorded transaction and the applicable business policy.
4. Refund timelines
- Approved online refunds are initiated back to the original payment method.
- Actual bank or card settlement timelines can vary by payment provider.
- A typical timeline for online refunds is 5 to 10 business days.
5. Cash or pay-at-venue bookings
Where a booking was not prepaid online, any refund or fee adjustment is generally handled directly by the business unless otherwise communicated.
